Atacama Resources International’s commitment to diverse businesses requires an organization structure that enables effective management of each business. The structure must also provide for efficient use of financial resources and simplified governance. There is one overall Board of Directors. The Presidents of the Parent Company and each subsidiary company are directly accountable to the Board.

GOOD2DRIVE, INC. is a wholly owned Florida Corporation, a subsidiary company of Atacama Resources International, Inc. (ACRL)


Daniel Finch – President

Dan Finch has started, managed and grown companies for over 30 years. He was the founding president of Westell, Inc. and left the company after seven years when annual sales hit $20 million. Later, as president of C-COR Electronics, Mr. Finch grew the company from $65 million to $135 million and the stock price went from $4.50 to $55.00 during his three years as president. Following this, Mr. Finch was Vice President for DSC in Texas where he managed over 200 employees and oversaw sales of $350 million. While in Dallas, he owned and managed a Management Recruiters operation with revenue exceeding $1,000,000 per year.

Mr. Finch serves on the boards of several energy related companies. He received his MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.



William Webb – Chief Financial Officer

A results-oriented business executive with a track record of delivering quality solutions on-time and within budget for complex multi-line organizations. Proficient with strategic and risk management, financial reporting, regulatory procedures, product development, tactical management, organizational restructuring, change management, and departmental realignments. A collaborative player who is successful at organizing, leading, coaching, mentoring and influencing others. Excellent at establishing, maintaining and enhancing relationships with internal stakeholders, external customers and suppliers. Proven ability to innovate and manage across multiple areas of responsibility. Expertise with financial service and insurance products, including operations, accounting, finance and regulatory procedures. Experienced and successful in working with large Fortune 100 institutions and smaller to midsize entities. Disciplined and comfortable working in either structured or unstructured environments.




Allan Flash – Director of Operations

Allan Flasch has spent virtually his entire working career in municipal engineering and oil/gas technology. Throughout this time, he has mentored many others involved in these same fields. Marketing new technology continues to be of vital importance to Mr. Flasch, expanding on his previous involvement in GPS electronics. Mr. Flasch's years of experience has enabled him to communicate proficiently on all levels. As an engineering technologist with a strong background in computer software in both Civil Design and the Computer Science industry, Mr. Flasch is dedicated to mentoring younger, less experienced technologists better understand technology and increase their productivity.



Marc Guidon - Advisor

Marc Guindon is a bilingual entrepreneur and IT professional. He has a degree in mechanical engineering and over nineteen years of IM/IT experience in both private and public sector engagements, specializing in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, and Business Process Management. In 2001, having worked for years with the major players in IT, he decided to venture out on his own and founded MGIS Inc.  The driving principles behind Marc’s vision for MGIS Inc. are in providing clients with real experts and real solutions, consultant-focused recruiting, and offering the advantages of working with big company service delivery while getting the personalization of a boutique organization. MGIS has been dedicated to providing clients with Business Analysis, Application Development and Geospatial solutions that exceed expectations while meeting budgetary and scheduling challenges in the fast-paced, ever-changing world of IT. Marc’s enthusiasm and passion have pushed MGIS Inc. to the forefront of the solution-based consulting companies in Canada’s National Capital Region. Marc has become a sought after Business Architect who is recognized by clients and peers alike for his unique and tailored approach to Business Architecture.  Hehas been involved in a number of successful large scale IT Government projects as Business Architect and Senior Business Advisor, from project initiation through the design, development, deployment and support.  He is excited to be a part of the team, and is determined to bring his experience in driving Atacama’s IT innovations and development.

Michael T. McGrail - Advisor

Accomplished sales and promotional marketing professional with over 25 years of creative problem-solving, business developing and new product introduction experience. Assignments have ranged from selling in pure concept ideation and early-stage product launches to customized national promotion campaigns and pre-packaged marketing service solutions. Hands-on experience in more than 35 consumer/business product categories from consumables and collectibles to travel and hi-tech. McGrail began his creative marketing career in New York City at BBDO and Sattchi & Sattchi.  And is a proud graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia.
