GLENN GRANT (Director)

CEO AND CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD, ATACAMA RESOURCES, INTERNATIONAL, INC

Mr. Grant has over 35 years of project management experience in the oil and gas sector as well as the mining and natural resources industries in Canada, the United States, and abroad. During this time, he has overseen many large-scale development projects for international and Fortune 500 resource companies and routinely managed budgets exceeding $30 million.

Throughout his career as a project manager, Mr. Grant has directly managed teams of more than 200 people, while developing and refining his expertise in budgeting, operations management and scheduling, cost estimating and control, dispute resolution, and personnel management.

Mr. Grant’s previous positions and assignments include successful projects with Penn West Energy Trust, Husky Energy, AMOCO, Tarragon Oil & Gas Ltd., Royal Trust Energy Corporation, Chevron Canada, and Petro Canada Inc. His entrepreneurial activities further include the former owner of an agricultural machinery dealership, a large farming operation, and an oilfield equipment sales company. GREG PRAVER (Director)

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER, ATACAMA RESOURCES INTERNATIONAL, INC.

Greg Praver has been in managerial, communications, and sales roles throughout his career before joining Atacama Resources International as the Investor Relations Manager. He brings leadership and entrepreneurial experience to the table having run his own media company, managed a service retail business, and generated a book of business in the insurance industry. Greg graduated from the Honors Program at the University of Tampa receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree.

His research into companies with unusual investment potential led him to Atacama Resources.  He acquired shares and communicated with the company's leadership regularly. After being a highly involved shareholder for over four years, Greg was asked to join the company as the Investor Relations Manager. His role was to directly liaise with investors to increase company transparency, lead fundraising initiatives through private placement, and manage communications through various platforms. His ability to raise capital, connect with shareholders, plan the next steps with leadership, and attract new investors, has greatly benefited Atacama.

Greg guided the company to participate in conferences to expand opportunities to gain financial backers. This immediately led to increased investor interest, shareholder confidence, and company exposure in the marketplace. He recently presented at the Emerging Growth Conference to highlight the mission of Atacama Resources.

Greg hit the ground running, reaching his first two fundraising goals well ahead of schedule, and securing significant funds to initiate and maintain the 2024 drilling program operations.

After his display of energy, enthusiasm, aggressive capital raise efforts, and strategic planning, Greg became the top choice to fill the vacant role of COO upon the announcement of the retirement of Dan Finch.  Greg looks forward to continuing the work of his mentor in managing the operations of Atacama going forward.



BRIAN PRAVER

V.P. OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Vice President of Business Development – Atacama Resources International, Inc.

Brian has been a goal-oriented Regional Sales Manager experienced in leading, coaching, and recruiting high-performance teams and individuals that consistently exceed targets.  

He builds strong relationships with community partners and clients in the organization's target markets. He will ensure that Atacama’s vision and messages are effective and clear to potential future shareholders. 

Brian brings to the company a high-energy, focused development of the Atacama story and seeking out various investors.  

He will locate and manage opportunities to partner with U.S. and Canadian government agencies which may include grants and other types of funding. 

Brian will locate investor groups and attend programs where investors meet companies seeking investment opportunities. He will create collateral that tells the ACRL story and seek out publicity by communicating company progress and results. 

Praver has a BA in Economics at CUNY at Queens College, Flushing NY and an MBA in International Business at Adelphi University, Garden City, NY.

DON SWARTZ (Director)

BOARD MEMBER, ATACAMA RESOURCES

Don Swartz is President (retired) and founder (1973) of Effectiveness Resource Group, Inc., professional consultants devoted to helping individuals, groups and organizations increase effectiveness. Don is a Registered Organization Development Consultant, having met the performance and ethical standards of the Organization Development Institute. During his 42 plus years of organization development consulting, Don served over 500 clients throughout the US, Canada and SE Asia in public and private sectors, profit and not-for-profit. Representative clients include health care institutions, large Corporations like Boeing, Weyerhaeuser, Microsoft, Intel, Mellon Bank, Chase Manhattan Bank; Federal, State, Province and Local Government agencies; Associations like American Medical; many small business firms and start-up entrepreneurs.

Don graduated with honors as a mechanical engineer from Lehigh University. He joined Borg Warner Corporation in 1953 and the Weyerhaeuser Company in 1968. He became a full-time organization development consultant in his own practice in 1975.

THOMAS MOYNIHAN

Chief Financial Officer – Atacama Resources International, Inc.

Thomas has worked in various financial areas over his 40 years of experience including auditing, accounting, taxes, and financial consulting. He started in public accounting with a Big Eight firm until moving on to multiple S&P 50 companies.

Thomas has worked in financial management with Pepsi-Cola, IBM, and Deloitte & Touche.

Moynihan functioned as CFO of a publicly traded corporation raising money, signing off on financial statements and business planning strategy.

In recent years, he has focused on high-net-worth individual financial planning. It is in this latest role that he plans to make a major impact on the future of Atacama.

Thomas has an MS in Taxation and an MBA in Accounting from Pace University, Westchester, NY.  Moynihan has a C. P. A. License.

MIKE ROBERTS

MINING EXPERT,  ATACAMA RESOURCES

Mike Roberts acts as the QP responsible for all scientific or technical information about the mineral projects for Atacama Resources International. Roberts works with the company on an ‘as required’ basis as the company’s 43-101 geologist. Roberts works directly with John Grant, Atacama’s exploration manager.

Mike is a graduate geologist with a degree from Lake Superior State University and has extensive experience with many gold mining companies in Canada, including Placer Dome, Cyprus, Lakeshore, Harte. He has also been a consulting geologist with Clark Exploration Consulting and Rona McKenzie Geoscience Inc.

JOHN GRANT (Director)

EXPLORATION CONSULTANT, ATACAMA RESOURCES

John Grant has 47 years of experience in managing exploration mining projects with various major and junior mining companies. He has been involved in the successful exploration and follow up of massive sulphide and gold deposits in Ontario and has worked throughout Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Newfoundland and Nevada throughout his career.

Grant is a 1975 graduate of Cambrian College of Applied Arts and Technology with a 3-year honours Diploma in Geology Technology.

John has been involved in the exploration programs that have led to the development of the West Cache Gold deposit in Timmins, contracted by Tom Exploration and Explor Resource Inc. which is now being defined by Galeon Gold Corp.

He was also involved in the original ground geophysical program for George R. Kent of Glimmer Resources Inc. property, 1988, which is currently being mined as the Black Fox Mine by McEwen Mining Inc.

Grant is a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada and a Member of the Certified Engineering Technologists of Ontario and a 40+ member of the PDAC.

WILLIAM MacRAE (Director)

GEOLOGIST CONSULTANT, ATACAMA RESOURCES

William has been in the mining industry for more than 43 years working for Noranda, Newmont, Kinross Gold, Placer Dome, several Junior Exploration companies and GSC and OGS.

He acted as VP Exploration (Ontario) for Matamec Explorations (2007 to 2008) and is a director for RJK Explorations (2017 to present) and a member of the Audit Committee. William has been involved primarily in gold exploration from grass roots to bulk sampling of underground mineralization. Recently was the Exploration Manager in Timmins for Canada Nickel Company that has taken the Crawford Nickel deposit from grassroots exploration to a bankable feasibility in 4 years.

He has taken executive positions on several volunteer boards (Porcupine Prospectors and Developers – President, Ontario Prospectors Association – Vice president, Timmins Economic Development Corporation  – Executive Director(1991 to 2011) and Timmins and District Hospital Foundation Board.

 William has a good working relationship with all levels of government from municipal to federal and a long working history with the Ontario Minister of Mines.

William MacRae graduated from Lakehead University with a Honours BSc (1975) and McMaster University with a postgraduate degree in Geology (1982).

DAVID JACKSON

RESEARCH GEOLOGIST SPECIALIST, ATACAMA RESOURCES

David Jackson brings to Atacama Resources 46 years of Geological experience. He has been a highly successful consulting Geologist for last 20 plus years. He has taught Geology in other parts of the world and carries a success rate of over 96% in the projects he has been part of.

He has completed projects in Canada, Europe, Tanzania, Mozambique, South Africa, China, Syria, Sudan, Chad, Trinidad and areas of South America. His high achievement ratio contributes to his unique methods which he practices and will be major attributes to Atacama Resources’ success in the Kirkland Lake endeavors.

His work performed on the ground, on the websites, by aerial observation and mapping analyses are major contributors to his success.
