Atacama Resources International, Inc. ("Atacama") is a mineral exploration and development company with a diverse and expanding portfolio of over 4000 acres of mineral claims throughout Northeastern Ontario. Highlighted by a one hundred (100%) percent interest in nearly 1500 acres of potential gold and other valuable resource claims in the Kirkland Lake gold camp, one of the strongest gold producing regions in North America, Atacama aims to reward shareholders through a highly disciplined, yet aggressive approach to asset development and acquisition, and partnerships.

Atacama 3

The Atacama 3 property is owned 100% by Atacama Resources and located in the Kirkland Lake area of northeastern Ontario. Kirkland Lake is one of Canada’s most prolific gold mining areas, accounting for about, 25 million ounces of bullion produced from seven mines along the “mile of gold” with an additional 11 million ounces produced by Kerr Addison Mine on the Larder Lake- Cadillac Break to the east. When all the past-producing mines of the area are considered, the aggregate production totals 37.63 million ounces of gold. The Atacama 3 property is located 4 kilometers southeast of the Macassa headframe of Kirkland Lake Gold and 3 kilometers east of the Swastika Mine in northeastern Ontario.

Atacama Resources holds an option to acquire a 100 percent interest (the “Option”) in the Tannahill Gold Property which is located 35 kilometers northeast of the prolific Kirkland Lake Gold Camp in northeastern Ontario. Per the terms of the option agreement, Atacama can exercise the Option upon fulfilling the following requirements:

  • Make cash payments in the aggregate amount of $100,000 to, or to the direction of,
    the optionors, over the course of a 4-year period and;
  • Complete $250,000 of eligible work on the Tannahill Gold Property over the course of
    a 4-year period.

The Nipissing Property is located in Lorrain Township approximately 16 km
southeast of Cobalt, Ontario. It consists of 4 claim units located in Lorrain
Township and within the Larder Lake Mining Division of Ontario. The Nipissing
Property is 100% owned by Atacama.
