Atacama 3 Property

Strategic gold exploration asset located ~2 miles south of Agnico Eagle’s Macassa Mine within the Kirkland Lake district, targeting structurally controlled mineralization along a proven Abitibi Greenstone Belt corridor.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Atacama 3 Property is a gold exploration asset located within the Kirkland Lake district of northeastern Ontario, positioned within the prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The property lies approximately 2 miles south of Agnico Eagle’s Macassa Mine, one of Canada’s highest-grade underground gold operations, and within the same regional structural corridor that hosts multiple significant gold deposits.

The property consists of contiguous mining claims with year-round access and has been the subject of historical exploration, including drilling programs that identified mineralization associated with shear structures and quartz veining typical of the district.

Exploration to date has defined priority targets for follow-up work, with geological interpretation supporting the potential for structurally controlled gold mineralization. The Company’s current focus is to apply modern exploration techniques to systematically evaluate and refine these targets.

Strategic Location Near Producing Mine

Located approximately 2 miles south of Agnico Eagle’s Macassa Mine, the property lies within one of Canada’s most prolific gold-producing districts, providing direct exposure to a proven mining corridor.

The property is situated along the same regional fault systems that control mineralization in the Kirkland Lake camp, supporting the potential for structurally hosted gold systems.

Mineralization identified on the property is associated with shear zones and quartz veining, consistent with the geological characteristics of nearby high-grade gold deposits.

Previous exploration programs, including drilling and surface work, have identified priority targets for follow-up evaluation and refinement.

With historical drilling, completed surface work, and established targets, the project is positioned for systematic advancement through geophysical surveys and phased drilling programs.

PROJECT SUMMARY

A. Location & Jurisdiction

    • Kirkland Lake District, northeastern Ontario
    • Located ~2 miles south of the Macassa Mine (Agnico Eagle)
    • Situated within the Abitibi Greenstone Belt
    • Year-round road access and established infrastructure
    • Proximity to active mining operations and regional processing capacity

B. Geological Context

The Atacama 3 Property is situated within a geologically active portion of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt, a region known for hosting numerous high-grade gold deposits. Mineralization in the area is commonly associated with shear zones, fault systems, and quartz veining, reflecting structurally controlled gold systems typical of the Kirkland Lake district.

Historical exploration has identified mineralization consistent with these regional geological characteristics, supporting continued evaluation of the property’s exploration potential.

C. Structural Setting / Controls

The property lies within a major structural corridor associated with the Kirkland Lake gold camp, including fault systems that trend through the district and control mineralization at nearby operations such as the Macassa Mine.

Structural interpretation suggests that these fault systems may extend through the property, providing a framework for targeting shear-hosted gold mineralization and identifying zones of potential continuity.

HISTORIC DRILLING & MINERALIZATION

Historical drilling programs conducted between 2006 and 2007 included approximately 15 drill holes totaling ~1,780 metres. Drilling intersected mineralization associated with shear zones and quartz veining, consistent with the structural style of gold mineralization observed throughout the Kirkland Lake district.

Drill Highlights

    • ~1,780 metres of historical drilling across 15 drill holes
    • Mineralization associated with shear structures and quartz veining
    • Geological features consistent with regional gold systems
    • Initial drill results contributed to the identification of priority exploration targets

* Historical results do not constitute current mineral resources or reserves.

EXPLORATION PROGRAM

Geophysical Surveys

Planned ground geophysical surveys, including induced polarization (IP), are designed to identify subsurface chargeability anomalies and refine structural interpretation.

Structural Targeting

Exploration is focused on delineating fault systems and shear zones interpreted to control mineralization, supporting the identification of priority drill targets.

Drilling Program

Follow-up drilling is planned to evaluate previously identified targets and test extensions of mineralized structures, with a phased approach to advancing exploration.

PROJECT STATUS

The Atacama 3 Property is in the early-stage exploration phase, with defined targets and a clear pathway for advancement. Previous work has established a foundation for continued evaluation, including completed surface work and historical drilling.

The Company is preparing to advance exploration through additional geophysical surveys and targeted drilling programs, with permitting expected to be routine based on prior approvals.

Strategic Positioning

The property’s proximity to the Macassa Mine and location within a proven structural corridor enhances its exploration potential, providing exposure to a well-established gold-producing district with significant historical and ongoing mining activity.

ADDITIONAL EXPLORATION ASSETS

Flagship Ontario gold asset with historical high-grade zones.

Early-stage exploration asset within the Abitibi region.

A portfolio of prospective claims providing exploration upside.

Supporting assets contributing to long-term discovery potential.
