Golden Eagle

Strategically positioned exploration asset within the Kirkland Lake Gold Camp, located ~3 km south of Agnico Eagle’s Macassa Mine—one of the highest-grade gold operations globally.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Golden Eagle Property is an early-stage gold exploration asset located in the heart of the Kirkland Lake Gold Camp in northeastern Ontario. The property consists of 26 contiguous claim units and lies approximately 3 kilometers south of the Macassa Mine, a cornerstone operation within one of Canada’s most historically productive gold districts.

The project is situated within a structurally active corridor characterized by major fault systems associated with regional gold mineralization. While exploration remains at an early stage and subject to permitting and further evaluation, the property’s location within an established mining camp supports its potential for systematic exploration targeting.

Strategic Location

Situated within the Kirkland Lake Gold Camp, one of the most prolific gold-producing regions in Canada.

Located approximately 3 km from the Macassa Mine, a globally recognized high-grade gold operation.

Positioned along a regional fault system associated with gold mineralization throughout the district.

Early-stage asset with potential for systematic exploration targeting within an established mining corridor.

PROJECT SUMMARY

A. Location & Jurisdiction

    • Located within the Kirkland Lake Gold Camp, Ontario
    • Positioned in one of Canada’s most prolific gold-producing districts
    • Year-round access via established regional infrastructure
    • Close proximity to active mining operations

B. Geological Context

The Golden Eagle Property lies within the Abitibi Greenstone Belt, a world-class geological setting known for hosting numerous high-grade gold deposits. The project is positioned within a mineralized corridor associated with regional fault systems that control gold deposition throughout the district.

C. Structural Setting / Controls

Regional mapping indicates the presence of a north-northwest to southeast-trending fault system extending across the property. These structural features are consistent with controls observed at nearby producing assets, including the Macassa Mine, and represent key exploration targets for future work programs.

Mineralization on adjacent or nearby properties is not necessarily indicative of mineralization on the Golden Eagle Property.

EXPLORATION PROGRAM

Geophysical Surveys

Planned geophysical work, including magnetic and induced polarization (IP) surveys, is expected to assist in identifying structural features and potential zones of mineralization across the property.

Target Development

Exploration efforts will focus on refining structural interpretations and identifying priority drill targets within the broader claim block.

Drilling Program

Future drilling is anticipated following permitting and target definition, with the objective of testing structurally controlled mineralization zones.

PROJECT STATUS

The Golden Eagle Property is currently in the early exploration stage. Advancement of the project is subject to permitting and further geological evaluation. Initial exploration efforts are focused on structural interpretation and target development to support future drilling programs.

ADDITIONAL EXPLORATION ASSETS

Early-stage exploration asset within the Abitibi region.

Flagship Ontario gold asset with historical high-grade zones.

A portfolio of prospective claims providing exploration upside.

Supporting assets contributing to long-term discovery potential.
