In the pursuit of our Mission, Atacama Resources International (ACRL) is guided by  Core Values and Code of Ethics. These Values and Ethics guide our management team when it comes to making critical decisions.

Integrity is a critical priority when it comes to how we conduct our business.  It is a standard for which management and all ACRL employees will be held accountable.

RELATIONSHIPS

The success of our business depends heavily on the quality of our internal and external relationships. We believe that building and maintaining mutually rewarding relationships is the highest priority among our daily work tasks.

TEAMWORK

We believe that a strong collaborative effort is  key to success in our business. We  develop and maintain effective teams of internal and external resources (when needed) to accomplish projects and to resolve business challenges.

We fulfill our promise to investors and be financially viable. We assure adequate capital is available to launch and sustain our various businesses. We manage our growth so that our financial resources are not depleted and vet all major capital outlays and expenditures before acting.

OPEN COMMUNICATIoN

Transparency and clear communication with investors, government entities, equity market organizations and financial institutions is a strong standard practiced by ACRL management.We believe that transparently and open communication are key to building better relationships and a strong bottom line.

We  feel privileged to be stewards of the natural, human, technological and material resources that have been entrusted to us. We pledge to protect, enhance and preserve these resources to the best of our ability.
